I enjoy working at XPO. I am disappointed that information does not flow freely. A recent example is the company's realignment of divisions and where individuals will sit. Great companies share information freely and keep people informed. This is a key opportunity for GXO moving forward

Values - we align and live them. This is most important for any organization... Not simply "words"

We work together well, supporting each other and when we are in a pursuit - there is alignment to WIN
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like a commission payment structure, however believe there are more equitable and less chaotic ones in the market place that GXO should examine and explore.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to introduce the "possibilities" to a potential customer on why XPO, soon to be GXO is the right strategic partner and not simply a "provider" of services. Getting the YES or potential contract when we have aptly demonstrated WHY XPO and the need for the customer's transformation
