Management is poor at communication and overall bringing poor attitudes to the workplace. No positive feedback at all. The pay is not keeping up with the times and for what this job is, it should be higher. Having a permanent shift would help for planning activities outside of work.

For the most part it is the customers. The customers that come in every day tend to interact better than first timers.

better pay, better communication between management and workers, more positive interaction with ALL personnel, equipment that work better and proper accessories to do the job efficiently.
