Good and varied job, fairly paid but not in respect to what is asked. The people I work close with are all competent, the only real bother is all the administration that is needed. Senior management hide behind rules set out by XPO, not to have to deal with the real issues

we all get to say our opinion, sadly there is nothing done with it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of overtime and weekend work to accommodate projects. It is not possible to do this work during the available hours or it cannot be done during operational hours. This means driving to and back from sites, and working sometimes very long days, free of charge for XPO.
