Assisting others. We have a small staff and just help out as needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Presently, I am appreciative of my package, however, I do think when new enrollment arrive, prices will be higher in reference of COVID-19.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work load is flexible, I am always busy and employees work as a team. I am always asked to assist on special projects, usually no explanation needed, just figure it out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I moved to the Midwest in 2015 and was rehired in 2018. As I got off the elevator so many employees met me as stepped out, was a touching moment and they were happy to see me and happy I was back. Moments like that are not forgotten.
