Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Either an increase of bonus commensurate to the results that are reflected, or an increase in the base pay to be kept competitive with our competitors.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The can do attitude to deliver the best result for the customer, client, company, and contractors. No operation is an island, and certainly not where I work. Everyone has a part and value to contribue to the operation. They all matter.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knocking my KPIs out of the park, watching my operation compete and succeed with the very best operations in our company, exceeding expectations, leading others in turn to be just as successful as I am, and being a helping hand to whatever aspect of the business requires it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

WIthin the division and region that I work in it takes a village for us to overcome the challenges that are thrown our way in meeting the expectations of our clients, or the new processes that come into play via IT. That level of cooperation and care is difficult to replicate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our leadership team does not understand that we are not a supply chain operation. Certain organizational tools will help clean and organize ou warehouses, but in order to effectively deliver results to our customers we need to come up with Last Mile solutions for Last Mile. Not the other way around.
