recently there was a comment about retaining good employees, in order to do so leadership needs to change their way of thinking and listen to what employee wants. Understand that you can not please everybody with everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Job title does not match what i do. 2. Job title salary search shows i am on the bottom of the pay range even though I am ranked as a A employee. 3. Never been promoted even though I have accepted more work and responsibility.
