I am fortunate to work with an Awesome Team, everyone is dedicated to the job in hand and we aim to deliver the best and be the best!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work within Learning & Development. All the Managers communicate on a regular basis and I work closely with my immediate Manager. I always feel included and listened to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid fairly for my role, i have a good number of holiday dates and their are additional benefits I can pay for if i require them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel blessed to have a varied role and work with a great bunch of people. I interact with XPO colleagues all over the UK and external suppliers all of who are lovely. It's a pleasure to work for XPO.
