We all interact and bounce ideas off each other on a daily basis to be so virtual and that's been nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
XPO is very inclusive to everyone and has made it a priority to engage and teach us more on how to be a better ally. I think that's the biggest thing for me.
