XPO has been my family. From having my back through a parent's death, and my own job security when I was significantly ill. XPO has always been there. "No worries, do what you can. We've got you" has always been the message I've gotten. Been here 6 years, not leaving any time soon.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. Knowing the impact I have making my colleagues lives easier. Being the go-to resource for various topics and challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses (it difficult to make to switch from the sales/ops floor and lose commission) Bonuses help to bridge that gap, although I wish their potential was bigger.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachability and Knowledge. They are easy to come to with challenges, ready to dive in and find solutions and always willing to put in the work along side us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery. Transportation is a stressful gig. Most of leadership does an excellent job of finding way to reward, incentivize, and build a strong culture of people we know, love and trust.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team? The absolutely best there is at XPO. We have each other's backs, always willing to fill in and help each other out, regardless of how full our own plates already are. Great outgoing personalities, superb leadership.
