XPO is fast-paced and in a constant state of change. This can lead to burn out and cause anxiety about being able to accomplish goals in a normal work day (based on 10-12 hours per day for salaried), however the opportunities to grow and be creative has made this a wonderful experience for for me.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I don't interact with executive leadership on a regular basis the leaders I do come in contact with are communicative, transparent, and have a strong desire for the company and their employees to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am a part of is District/Regional and it can feel isolating so everyone makes efforts to connect, partner on projects, and check in on one another making our team culture more positive, supportive and successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I rated the environment as negative due to social and economic impacts at the moment, however I love that XPO is focused on the employee experience and have seen really positive changes both for myself and our employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities I'm given for growth! My leaders allow me to try new things and create an environment where feedback and personal development is the norm. I believe my role at XPO has given me a tremendous opportunity to grow as a professional.
