Too little respect for front-line employees. Improve management training in how to work with - not rule over - employees of different personality types and skill levels.
I feel undervalued because my management regularly ignores my requests for assistance even when provided in the manner management requests and provided multiple times. I feel undervalued when management uses my smallest misstep as a negative training point. I
