I'm proud I had the opportunity to become Manager. I like the service I sell. Nevertheless they are too many personal interests coming before the work interests in all day activities from others Managers/employee I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our drivers are very involved in our customerspartnerships. They take care of their trucks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having the possibility to work out of the agency to take in charge more opportinities to develop without being disturbed by the operationnal matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager limited my income because I do not have the matching diploma of the job I work. My males co-worker earn more than me, a woman.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring more XPO drivers and reduce subcontractors. Monitoring the subcontractors who do not respect our processes and do what they want and when they want. Make an audit of the real behaviors and atmospheres in the agencies because too many persons are more taking take of their personal topics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of service if going down and down. There are not enough employees to do everything. I'm considered as a "kid" instead of a real Manager because I have to ask the permission for so small and everyday topics. I undergo the lack of involvement of some coworkers that pollute the atmosphere
