XPO is a great place to be. The IT teams are among the best I've ever seen. Leaders are extremely empathetic and genuinely want the best for you, while your peers are as smart as they get. The compensation and benefits need to be improved however, if we want to retain this top talent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The warmth with which they receive their teams. The IT teams work seamlessly because there isn't any bureaucratic structure. IT Leaders are empathetic and passionate, leading by example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely respectful. I've never seen a negative interaction take place between peers/managers, even when there might be a disagreement on the topic and path forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team genuinely cares about you. We work across various timezones and everyone tries their very best to ensure one person doesn't have to stretch too far to make ends meet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the impact of the work we do. The smallest of insights we identify could lead to multi-million dollar revenue for the organization. I take pride in playing a small yet significant part in this team of go-getters!
