I like my job, but it would be nice to actually feel appreciated. I know I'm good at what I do, but it would nice to actually hear it. I do the work of multiple people, and it annoys me to no end to hear other terminals complain about being overworked. Are you serious? There's one of me.

I love my drivers and my manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm always busy at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing the work of 2 people with no help and nobody cares.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have no coworkers. It's just me, trying to do the work of multiple people, by myself AND NOBODY CARES
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing, but there is no leadership team beyond him. Our VP left and wasn't replaced and we don't even know who is covering her now.
