Unappreciated. Although we self proclaim fairness to all minority and special interest groups (to the point of being able to self identity or support) the senior workers face an unconscious negative bias when it comes to opportunities, promotions, raises etc. and lack an identified category.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are self sufficient and learning to care for the customer. I'm working myself out of a role, as I won't be needed.
