XPO – Everyday is battle. It's tough to walk in the office with a positive outlook when you know we do not have the tools to win the day. There are days I sit down the road and check work emails as I know once I walk in the door there will be upset overworked drivers and 10-15 customers wanting answers. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

They show up, work hard daily.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They communicate a lot. They also make an effort to keep managers involved.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Either equipment and staffing to handle the freight, or limit the network to handle what we can be successful with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Freight levels sky are higher than normal. Most of which is the freight other companies are turning away to keep their networks in line. We need an action plan for some type of normalcy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation is good but not for the current state we are dealing with. Work is 24/7 when your at work or at home. I feel the executive team is out of touch with what we are dealing with daily. Upset customers, no equipment, yet we have no plans to change. Other companies are adjusting.
