XPO has very much a startup spirit which I have been able to learn from and embracing technology and innovation to better serve our customers and internal processes. There is room for improvement with opportunities for growth and compensation as well as flexibility with benefits role after pandemic

Collaborative nature, open access to leadership, embracing pragmatism and asking the questions and engagement with employee's.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with and the technologies/opportunities we're afforded with to help our business partners succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we're talking about executive then the way they manage the finances of the company. Within my department I would say collaboration and transparency
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My title was changed as a result of hierarchy change and responsibilities increased, expectations were not set clear, and I am at the lower end of compensation after 4 years in role. Lack of stability of a manager. 4 in 4 years and now after 2 great years about to have a 5th.
