Fantastic. Only concern is the fact that we're reporting to the office full-time in the future. May put us at a disadvantage attracting talent when most of the world plans to remain flex schedule.

Unique special projects combined with a bit of a routine. Seeing how my work actually benefits the company.

They seem to be very engaged, and have been making attempts to retain employees by paying their employees the going rate or above.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That fact that we are doing well as a company. Great for morale to work for a company that feels like a leader in our field.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything but one aspect is incredible. Traditional benefits and college tuition reimbursement are great. I'm concerned with the decision to return to the office full time in September. Flex scheduling is a benefit that everyone had for a year and a half and will now be taken away in September.
