Everyone in my location is at the top of their game all the time. The environment is thus very energizing and positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being involved. We do some really cool, really big things at XPO. My contribution is relatively small, but I'm proud to be on the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all about results, so it feels genuinely and truly inclusive. Everyone can just be themselves. As long as you're working hard and producing, no one cares if you're gay, straight, etc. I love it.
