There is a strong dedication here. People work towards the goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good - not outstanding - but good for the environment. PTO use needs to be pushed more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the honest approach, but I feel very strongly that there is a true interest in employees. Also, Brad has a strong moral compass about issues - race, equality, etc - that is admirable. I would not be here with a different approach.
