I have observed a great deal of new customer growth. We seen even through the impacts of covid the teams come together to still service our customers in a manner that they need it. I love working for a company that is growing and evolving

That they are transparent and open.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is pushing for diversity and fairness. They don't just speak to it but have taken actions by events, training and meetings where we address it further.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Individuals talk in the office and I am aware that Im paid far less then other in the same role, with the same skill sets and same time within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel most on our team are very team driven. They are willing to jump in and help when needed. They share tips and tricks and are open to both giving and receiving feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
The new challenges that we face each day. I enjoy working with most of the people on our team and the value that they bring. I'm excited to both see and be a part of the companies growth each day.
