Everything was going great until the spinoff. But now with the spinoff I have personally lost interest. The dream of working for a 17 billion company and #ONEXPO has been shattered. No new challenges at work, same old stuff day in and out. Planning to quit soon if I get a better opportunity outside

There is lots of support from colleagues and the management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary does not justify me educational qualification. Moreover no appraisals for last two years is disheartening.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need more challenging work, its the same old routine day in and day out for the last 4 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Few of the folks are really good at their work and genuinely feel for the company. The others need to improve on their attitude towards work.
