The true team atmosphere throughout the company is amazing

I would say the fact that leadership from the top down promotes a positive and inclusive culture throughout.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happiest when I know I'm able to make a difference whether it be with my team or for customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me personally, the best part is the 401k match but there are so many great benefits that others may find to be best for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that Troy Cooper remembers my name and role at XPO when I haven't seen him in years. That Brad Jacobs responds to emails with a personal touch. Their involvement, communication and relations on every level.
