I have watched countless good employees go from being genuinely excited and motivated to do well become unenthused and jaded due to the lack of balance and accountability amongst employees. We continue to lose hard working and smart employees because we don't give them any opportunity to progress.

The favoritism and double standards need to stop.

Leadership is largely out of touch with both the wider environment we are in right now and the needs of employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good employees have very little incentive outside of their own internal barometers to succeed. Mediocrity has taken over and is the norm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are largely stagnant, raises and promotions are heavily influenced by favoritism, the loss of flexibility highlights the rigidity of the c-suite and their complete disregard for what employees have shared as their needs.
