Good senior management. I enjoy the challenge everyday and always having to adapt. Growing is an everyday Occurrence. We are understaffed and overworked. Expected to do everything under the sun with no employees and minimal pay for your responsibility. There is also no work/life balance.

Good senior management. Too many work hours/stress for the pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and are willing to go above and beyond for certain managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing in my own abilities and being able to teach and grow employees to be the best they can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Senior manager is engaging and provides constructive criticism. But also appreciates the work it takes to run our hub everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rate is not competitive for this business by a longshot. Also, we are overworked and short staffed and then when promoted or move up we are low balled in our salary offer.
