I have heard a lot of mixed reviews from employees about people not liking XPO, but I have also found people who really like the company, so that has influences my opinion. I enjoy being able to work from home and to be trusted to get the work done.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on new projects and making big changes to manual and boring work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just getting a raise because I less then a manager at KFC currently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The opportunity for growth and improvement in my role and the open door policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is fun to bounce off new ideas each other and be able to express your my own opinion on matters without being shutdown.
