Not so bad in terms of work life balance, but currently we are facing difficulties between a line manager and functional manager, line manager sits in India and functional in US with whom we actually work, and there is too way difference between both of them.

My stakeholders are the main reason I am with Company, but my not my line managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From the past two years it's just 8% growth we have received in terms of financially and on the other hand when asked for the reason the only answer come is we don't have budget. If you go into the market currently compensation is way to higher on what we are getting that also makes someone insecure
