I know my job is valued but it is a one-way relationship. I win awards for my work and my management skills, every year I am given increased responsibilities and headcount to manage but have never been offered a pay increase or even given a regular 1-2-1 to check on how I'm doing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very circular, bad communication, particularly from group. Very bad systems for back office. All investment seems to be on the customer experience not on how we can improve the efficiency of the infrastructure.
