Company is great and I am 100% involved. Salary package is ok I guess. However, the main point is really the perspectives for the future. I know that my next step will be outside. This perspective does not help teams to challenge themselves and to overperform for the company

when necessary, teams are always available to give a hand. There is a true honesty between us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They is no best part. Salary is ok. May be annual increase is not enough but current business environment can explain the situation
