We are a small family who generally cares for each other. We laugh daily.

that my staff is happy to come to t work each day, that we are fostering a growing and inviting environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair compensation based on my role with the company and in line with peers. I understand location plays a role but an Assis. Man, shouldn't make more than a Sen. Manager period. that's why we have job titles and roles.
