I learnt a lot of things in one year: from being a sales to program a tool. I discovered strategic decisions and I helped top management taking thoses decisions with all the tools and datas that I managed. Today, I'm autonomously working on projects I think will improve the performance of Xpo.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some of them are attentive and respect their executives. They do their best to improve their employees competences.

What makes you most happy at work?

The fact that I'm in a total autonomy and I create tools that can improve internal performance. Everday, I'm learning new tools, I gain new competences and I improve my knowledge in the logistics sector. I meet a lot of people that I find really interesting and added value for Xpo.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of them need to understand that we're all working to realize our objectives (personal and Xpo). Working with people that doesn't want to improve things is really difficult. We need to concentrate in the achievement of the company's aim. We need to collaborate more with respect!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are still colleagues that understand the values of the COmpany but also the human values. Working and collaborating with them is great. The company is a dream for all graduated from Logistics. I'm pride to say that I work for Xpo. I'm happy to work for Xpo.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My job description and my missions are completely different. And HR doesn't follow up my carrier. It's been half and a year but no news. It would be better if HR treated the employees at their real value and give them the deserved salary. A lot of colleagues leave Xpo due to lack of recognition.
