What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION! They need to learn the fundamentals of employee management - they need to learn how to speak to employees, engage with employees, treat employees like human beings and be open to listening to employees and taking constructive feedback without spitting their dummies out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managers - as they are ill equipped for their role and therefore mismanage employees, both no longer do what they need to do, come and go as they please and contribute the bare minimum to their role which is in my opinion goes against XPO core ethics!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee concerns when raised need to be addressed - no matter how far up the chain of command you raise your concerns its just brushed under that almost heavenly reaching rug. XPO is not a bad company to work for I just know that their senior management team are not practicing what they preach
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over the past 3 years I struggle on a daily basis to find anything positive about my working environment as does many of the long term service employees at this site - although we raise our concerns they are dealt with by lip service! My co workers are like family we have shared 20+ years together.
