The thought that is given to community, and community issues. A recognition that life is happening outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We received no raise last year yet the company did very well during the covid restrictive year. Wage analysis was done for our area and all branches in our area received a wage adjustment but not us. worse yet we have had the carrot dangled in front of us each month. this is demoralizing.
