As I already mentioned, i'm in the company since 2 years but the average in my team is a few months maximum. Why such a big group like XPO can't do anything to keep good employees and and is forced to constantly change personnel resulting in instability.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone should work in a team, not individually. Only cooperation can make a company stronger.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too high employee turnover. No conversation with every departing employee, to know the reason for leaving and draw consequences for the future, what have to be changed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Conversation and listening to the employee, trying to understand the problems. No trainings, I'm an employee since 2 years, I haven't had any training yet except XPO university.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employee should earn more or receive recuperation days for 39 hours of work per week compared to the normal working hours in France of 35 hours per week
