New, but very knowledgable. XPO is not scared to seek talent and pay for it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expectation of being available and expected to work 24x7, working weeks over weeks with no days off and told it's just the way it is.
What makes you most happy at work?
Putting up good numbers and being caught up on work. Feels like we're always behind. I'm least stressed when work is mostly caught up
