I have been doing this for many years and overall XPO is great. However the larger we get the more complicated all the processes (system wise) get, some of them now verge on ridiculous.

The people are mostly great with XPO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focus on the mission and customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits have gone down hill now for years cost more and less coverage and crazy high deductibles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Director and GM are personable, honest and mostly understand the real daily operation. Living in Reality.
