What do you like best about the leadership team?

Friendly culture. Mostly skilled at what they do. Care about our success.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Willing to try new services, tools, and processes to grow and improve the company.

What makes you most happy at work?

Clean projects with everyone working together and following the processes and communicating well. Not rushed and vague requirements that are urgent because someone else did not properly vet or do their job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication. Our work sponsors (Sales/Acct Mgt) are vague and do not follow proper channels. This comes from convenience or laziness. They need to be more specific and timely with their communications with me and my team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Best: HSA/401K Worst: Stock options/grants should be pushed down to Director level to match JBH/peers. Stock Purchase Plan is extremely restrictive and not worthwhile. This leads to the broad perception that it was a concession and is disingenuous. SPP should be added w/ no restrictions to 401k.
