Very challenging operationally each day which is what I like most about the job. Our DSR's hit the street about 2 hours later than every other LTL company in our area due to the linehaul system I believe needs to be revamped.

We do not have an attendance issue.

I believe we have more employees engaged today than we did when I first started.
What makes you most happy at work?
Each day is a challenge, and I learn something new each day. I do enjoy working with people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is the best person all around that I have ever worked with in my career. Without micro managing he has the ability to keep his team engaged, work as a unit, focused on what will make our team winners.
