This company has a lot of potential, but it lacks direction. I can see a really great upside or a bad downside all depending on the decisions made by our executive management. Right now executive management sends a lot of mixed signals, but it appears that profit at all costs is the company motto

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if it were fair. Right now it is very subjective and political.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
XPO does not value front line leadership employees, supervisors and managers are viewed as expendable. Place some value on these people and compensate them fairly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am in management - everybody's problem is my problem to deal with, but I never get time or help to deal with my problems.....
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced so it is never dull. There is an underlying culture where employees want the best for the company - it just needs to be embraced by the upper echelon.
