i Have come form KNDL to work for XPO, this has been a strange transition due to covid and the improvement plans not going directly to the timeline, however i do get flashes of a good company to work for, and when i have to work with people outside of the drinks world it is a company i enjoy working
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team in the office work hard and the guy on the road seem to treat them with disrespect.
What makes you most happy at work?
i enjoy developing the people and making changes with in the business, i love improving the performance and build successful depot and creating leaders
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
XPO have brought me a new energy with the people engagement, is making the job worth it, im starting to enjoy the engagement of the teams
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
understand what the employees need, not to develop but to give the employee a chance to deve3lope, at the moment training is a chore and not a opportunity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel the the business unit value the working colleagues and Trade union over the work and efforts that the Managers and Admin do. Asking for an extra mile each time off the M&A but backing down on the Trade union
