What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support, learning, leadership by direct management and lack of being Micro-managed. Being trusted and involved in decisions breeds improved self worth, job satisfaction and confidence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having taken on new roles and responsibility over the previous 2 years I feel the salary increases have not matched the additional work life. I have direct reports that earn more than I do after their overtime is included yet I would on average 13/14 hour days consistently.
