I enjoy working for this company and would like to stay here until I retire. My only concern is that I am going to lose 10 productive hours when we have to go back in the office, and I am afraid due to pace of my work, I will get burned out.

The company is inclusive at all levels from what I can see, I have a great manager and team. Innovative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fairly neutral on this. I am on my spouse's benefits and I feel I am paid somewhat fairly for my experience and responsibilities. I like working here mainly because it's an exciting industry, I like my job, and the people.
