I've held this place of employment the longest of any other job I've ever had. This is my 16th year working for Diversey.

When I ask someone to do something it gets done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get physical therapy for $25 a visit twice a week.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a lead with responsibilities of my team. Getting creative on keeping the flow going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When more then one of the "veterans" speaks up about the same issues I've brought attention to. To me means I'm not alone in my views on many topics.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From a department view point I only have an issue of certain individuals get away with doing next to nothing with no repercussions. As a whole building management needs to take the reins to make these changes.
