I don't feel as though I'm being paid according to the work and skills that I bring to the organization. Being paid competitively for the knowledge and skills that I bring to the organization.
It's really not my work that makes me most happy. I bring my whole self to work and don't entertain negatively. Therefore, I set the tone for my day when I wake up each morning. Therefore, I arrive for work already happy and my team and others add to that and it allows for a great day.
