The compensation issue is a huge hurdle. I love my job and the people I work with. I am often challenged. I succeed at almost every task, I just wish the compensation was in line with the expectations and job duties I carry. I know I am valued and I appreciate the support of my managers.

It's a fast paced, healthy and competitive environment that pushes me and others to excel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available for questions, support and feedback. Very engaged but allow me to do my job and don't micromanage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told HR brought me in too low in compensation based on my experience, contribution and education. They aren't very quick about catching me up. I am underpaid for the industry and compared to my peers. My assignment, work load, responsibility are not in alignment with my compensation.
