It's been fun but its just okay. The work life balance is a struggle as carriers need stuff after you're done with the work day. I was brought in under the other commissions plan and since it's changed the motivation has been lower as well as a lot of negative backlash against it.

A higher base rate or returning to the original commissions compensation plan would raise my motivation significantly.

Friendly and relaxed, encourages you to do well and reach your goals. Big fan of the casual dress code as well.
