I have worked in this industry for a long time, I have seen a lot of different ways to get the job done. This company seems to care about its workforce and wants them to feel comfortable with all that is done. Communication is good, the meetings are a little much, but needed. Overall satisfied.

Trying to help when situations are rough and ability to assist make the change and difference

Open communication. Understanding of work / life balance. Willingness to teach when mistakes are made.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a good relationship, there is time to have "fun" with each other and get the work completed. There is definitely good communication within the group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personally I feel that most folks know what they need to do and try to get it completed. But being able to talk to one another about personal things in our lives is great
