Everyone seems to get along with each other, a lot of respect for each other and everyone is friendly

We get along very well and we are open enough to bounce ideas off each other to help us grow as individuals and as a team

Everyone is very professional yet fun to be around. They are dedicated to XPO and it's employees, I am very satisfied in our management team at Express
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is decent, deductibles are on the higher side, but not as high as other companies. I also enjoy the PTO time iIve earned over the years
