The ability to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Before they got rid of one of the best Leaders I have ever had it was a family atmosphere and truly felt like a team. Since then we are just a group that works together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we can work as a team from home. That we do not need to be in the office to work together. Everything is communicated through email or team portals. Everything is shared and we can communicate together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy who I work with as a team and I enjoy who I report to. The ability to work from home really makes the home to life aspect very nice and makes it easier for me to get my work done and still feel like I have a family life as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel like that is an equal compensation for the work that I do. We even have added to my job description and still have not been compensated for that. I feel letting us work from home permanently to be able to save on gas, car issues, and time. It is an additional savings to us.
