It's a nice experience working at XPO; the company definitely cares for its emp. I want to more on the skills enhancement aspect; someone who can mentor me, get me ready for the next level, gives me an opportunity that will take me out of my comfort zone. The excitement..the fact that i can learn from ppl around..

Some leaders bring in loads of excitement, passion and transparency. It's a pleasure learning and working with them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do; I am very passionate about my role and that is what makes me happy each day at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well I would not say much about my compensation, but I am definitely unhappy about my designation; not satisfied at all. Thank you XPO for all the help extended to India recently so that we could fight the Covid 19 situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are some leaders who bring in passion and excitement to every aspect of leading and managing; there are some leaders who are high on integrity and transparency. This is what i like about some of the leaders. If this is uniform amongst all, it will be great.
